Axxess or CS-5000

• From the administrator phone (usually the operator phone)

• With phone idle, dial 9800.

• Enter the month, day, and year. (Ex. 020301 for February 3, 2001).

• Enter the time in hours and minutes.  For example 0900 for 9:00

• Press 1 for AM and press 2 for PM.

• The display shows SYSTEM DATE AND TIME UPDATED.

Executone IDS

Systems Equipped With An Operators Terminal:

• Press and hold the CONTROL  key and the letter “C”.  The cursor will flash on TIME in the bottom corner of the screen.

• Enter the time in Military Time format and press RETURN or ENTER.

• Enter the date and press RETURN or ENTER.

All Other Systems

• Begin at the Operator’s phone ( To find the operator’s phone, from any phone dial 0.  The phone that rings is the operator’s phone)

• Lift handset and dial “2” “8” and the four digit time in Military Time format. Ex. 281500 for 3:00 pm.

• Once entered, you will hear a confirmation tone.

 VOICEMAIL

• From the Operator’s Phone, dial 436, when answered press #.

• Enter system admin mailbox by dialing 5000 followed by password 5000#

• Dial  5 to set date and time

• Enter Month, Day and Year as a 6 digit number.

• Enter Hours and Minutes as a 4 digit number. Pressing 1 for am or 2 for pm. 

• Press * * to exit.

Mach, XTS, XTSe, STS

Vodavi MACH 1,2,3,4, XTS, XTSe, STS, STSe

• Begin at the Operator’s phone ( To find the operator’s phone, from any phone dial 0.  The phone that rings is the operator’s phone)

• Dial 692.

• Enter time and date in the following format.  YYMMDDHHMM.

• Once entered, you will hear a confirmation tone.

VOICEMAIL (Separate Unit) 

• From the Operator’s Phone, dial 450.

• When Answered Press #

• Dial System Administration  Mailbox  500

• Dial Password 5000

• Dial 7

• Dial 8

• Dial 4 

• Enter time as a 4 digit number (Use Military Time Format).

• Enter date as a 6 digit number (MMDDYY).

 VOICEMAIL (In Skin Unit)

• From the Operator’s Phone, dial  450

• When Answered Press #

• Dial System Administration  Mailbox  #00

• Dial Password   9#56

• Press 4

• Press 2 

• Enter time as a 4 digit number (Use Military Time Format).

• Enter date as a 6 digit number (MMDDYY).

SBX IP Time and Date Change 

• The Attendant can change the LCD Date/Time display format for stations in the system.  ( To find the attendant’s phone, from any phone dial 0.  The phone that rings is the attendant’s phone)

  Date: MM-DD-YY / DD-MM-YY (ex., August 4, 2008 -> 08-04-08 / 04-08-08)

Time: 12H / 24H (ex., eight thirty P.M. -> 08:30 PM / 20:30)

To change LCD Date format (toggle):

1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.

2. Dial 044.

 To change LCD Time format (toggle):

1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.

2. Dial 045.
